I began modeling in Second Life little by little starting in June of 2009. From there, things began to blossom and my interest grew. The fashion industry in Second Life, much like most everything in Second Life, fascinates and amazes me. The talent and imagination of the designers is awesome. The fact that I can explore and shop at any time of the day or night is brilliant. I can be who I want, dress how I want, and do what I want. Add to it that I can style the fashions of others and bring them to life for the designers in photos and on the runways and I’m a goner. I just love the virtual fashion industry.
2/12/2011 UPDATE: I have resigned from being a model as of December, 2010. I enjoyed the experience, loved the clothes, adored the people, admired the talent, but could no longer handle the pressure I felt when styling, organizing and scheduling. I am enjoying the freedom of not having the pressure of castings, waiting for all of the pieces to come together to be styled for a show, the many practices, choosing poses, working in time for the practices and the shows, etc. Thanks to all of those who helped me along the way – too many to even begin to list each one individually. Each and everyone is special to me nonetheless.
I love to spend time with friends, shop, dance, listen to music, surf, and explore.
